Hi, I’m Sascha. I’m a strategist and design lead in New York, and a Co-Active trained coach.

For over 15 years I’ve walked into complex, unfamiliar domains, immersed myself in them, and turned what I learned into products and experiences that are intuitive and accessible. My career started at The New York Times and Google’s Creative Lab. I spent the last decade consulting for early-stage companies and corporate innovation teams across fintech, biotech, publishing and developer tools.

My passion for people and systems led me to co-author the Community Canvas, a community-building framework used by over 300,000 community builders in 15 languages. I teach in the Interaction Design and Design for Social Innovation programs at SVA.

Often my best work isn’t a deliverable. It’s helping someone reframe a problem they were stuck on, or a conversation that cuts through weeks of ambiguity. That is what drew me to coaching. I want the people I work with to leave sharper, not dependent on me.
